"Often times I'm asked how can I keep my shower looking fresh and clean. The easy answer is to throw away your bar soap! That's right. All you need is liquid soap. The bar soap is made up of wax and soap. When the wax gets hot from the hot water, the wax melts and hits the cold tile, solidifies and then you have soap scum. So if you want to keep your shower looking fresh and clean, throw away your bar soap."
